 Interior painting


Kelly’s Painting & Remodeling focuses on detail and quality, when painting interior surfaces.  Although not exhaustive, here are some of the services we provide to ensure the quality of your interior project.

  • Using only quality materials.
  • Protecting your furniture, floor, and carpets with drop clothes. 
  • Masking off and protecting all working areas.
  • Cleaning all wood surfaces to ensure adhesion of the paint. 
  •  Covering all blemishes that could show through the paint with primer, such as watermarks or smoke stains. 
  •  Spackling and sanding all wood trim in order to fill holes and cracks.
  •  Scraping and sanding walls to remove any loose paint and matching the wall texture. 
  • Caulking all gaps between surfaces in order to ensure a finished appearance.
  • Wallpaper removal. 
  •  Texturing walls.

   Deck Construction or Refinishing

Is your Deck in need of restaining oComposite Deckr does your project involve building an entirely new deck?  Either way, Kelly's Painting and Remodeling is a full service deck contractor, with extensive experience ranging from designing decks from scratch to refinishing and restaining your deck.  The following is a nonexhaustive list of our deck services:
  • Evaluating the condition and stability of the wood and stain.

  • Addressing  all mold, mildew and other wood distress issues with a wood brightener, deck cleaner or replacement plank as appropriate.

  • Proper service preparation to ensure longevity of stain, including power washing and sanding.

  • Working with homeowners from the design of the deck, to choice of materials to completion in order to provide an ideal and well-suited outdoor living space.
  • Specializing in composite and vinyl materials, as well as, traditional wood and exotic hardwood decks.
  • Design and building outdoor fireplaces and fire pits.

 Exterior painting

Kelly’s Painting & Remodeling guarantees satisfaction and focuses on quality and detail.  Although not exhaustive, here are some examples of the services we provide to ensure the quality of your exterior painting project.

 

  • Using only quality materials.
  •  Sanding and scraping all cracked and peeling paint. 
  •  Caulking all cracks and holes for a smooth appearance and reducing heating and cooling costs.
  •  Applying a premium primer to exposed wood and metal to ensure proper adhesion of the new paint.
  •  Replacing rotten or damaged trim pieces.

 

                    Commercial

Kelly's Painting & Remodeling has extensive commercial painting/remodeling experience.  We use the same qualitty products and techniques described above on commercial properties.  In addition, we offer the following where appropriate to accomodate your business needs:

  • Crews work alternative hours, evenings and weekends so that your business can operate with minimal disruption.
  • OSHA compliance.
  • Safety cones and warnings for customers.
  • Sound proofing.
